Project goals

This RFP relates to the procurement of centralised cloud-based stakeholder relationship management platform. TfNSW seeks to engage a contractor for Three (3) years with Two (2) options to extend forTwelve (12) months each (3+1+1) to perform the services.

Scope

The objective for this RFP is to identify and implement a centralised cloud-based stakeholder relationship management platform that will enable TfNSW to understand its community’s feedback andsentiments. This will enable TfNSW to formulate strategic plans to build better relationships withthe community and local government and councils. As part of the Transport Customer Complaints and Feedback Policy (Policy) (including Department of Plannings conditions of approval for projects), TfNSW is required to engage with NSW Communities and stakeholders to champion their needs and improve transport outcomes. To meet its obligation TfNSW requires to have in place a Platform. This Platform will be used across Transport Cluster for community engagement purposes, to capture community feedback regarding TfNSW infrastructure projects. This tool records all inbound and outbound stakeholder enquires,complaints, interactions, notifications, email blasts, government relations, etc.
