Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The Federal Court of Australia Listed Entity (the Entity) is seeking to engage sellers with extensive In-Place Records Management (IPRM) solution design, configuration, implementation and support experience to:

Support the Entity’s records management compliance and improve user experience
Configure and customise Microsoft SharePoint Online sites and templates
Perform content migration services
Work collaboratively with the Entity to deliver an IPRM solution ideally by the end of October 2025
Sellers are invited to review the attachments and submit their responses accordingly.

Note to all sellers:

Due to the transition between DMP1 and DMP2 - we are releasing this RFQ on the DMP1 to reach a number of sellers who are not yet on the DMP2 - in the likely event that we do not sign the DMP1 contract by 31 January 2025 - we will engage the preferred seller via an alternate marketplace contract eg DMP2 or Cloud; or a Digital Sourcing Contract.
There will be an update in late-January on our progress and likelihood of a DMP1 contract or otherwise.
We apologise in advance on the timing of this RFQ as I note sellers are winding down/waiting to be accepted on the DMP2 - if you have any questions or concerns - please kindly post them in the portal.
