The purpose of this expression of interest (EOI) is to identify and select contractors to participate in the Selective Tender phase for the Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park Cabin Precinct Design & Construct Tender.
The Great Ocean Road Coast & Parks Authority (GORCAPA) invites Expression of Interest submissions for design and construction of five new cabins with associated boardwalk at the Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park, located at 35 Bell Street, Torquay. We have already prepared a concept plan showing the project intent, with sample cabin siting and sizing. This will require further detailed design by the final consultant.
The Expression of Interest phase will result in a short list of preferred tenderers who will be invited to submit final pricing proposals via an RFT.
