Tender Description
Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service (DCS-SS), provides New South Wales’ spatial and land information services. Nearly all freehold land titles in New South Wales are Torrens Titles, based on survey plans registered by NSW Land Registry Services (NSWLRS). Survey plans and plans compiled by survey define the legal identity of land parcel boundaries in NSW at the date of survey. Survey Plans are lodged electronically with NSWLRS as a PDF or sourced from electronic lodgement of new plans (ePlan). New hard copy (paper) plans that are lodged “over the counter” with NSWLRS are also scanned into PDF.
