This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The ANAO is seeking a subject matter expert (SME) with significant experience in Aurion and Aurion Timekeeper to support current and future enhancements in Timekeeper, including report design, system integration, configuration, issue resolution and testing.
The SME is required to provide a range of services centred around the Timekeeper module within Aurion. The services will aid in the delivery of operational services to enable auditors to record time spent on projects. Information stored in Timekeeper will then be reported to various stakeholders and to enable decision making.
Considerations include:
- Key stakeholders. The key stakeholder is the Director, PMO, Strategy and Architecture, to whom the SME will report. Other stakeholders impacted by this work will include the Chief People Officer, Business owner of the Aurion instance at the ANAO;
- users of the Timekeeper application, namely auditors;
- Senior Management. monitoring actual hours against budget;
- Practice Management Units — business managers responsible for the administration of complete and accurate time recording against audit projects;
- Timekeeper team to whom the SME will work with directly; and
- Finance team within the ANAO, who rely on the accuracy of the reports from the Timekeeper application.
Constraints
Limited access provided by Aurion Corporation Pty Ltd (vendor). Change management processes must be adhered to and documented.
Assumptions
- That the SME has the relevant experience and skills in Aurion Timekeeper to achieve the milestones below.
- That the SME has the relevant experience and skills in API processes and system integrations.
Dependencies
Sign offs and reviews by the Chief Operating Officer, CMG, on recommendation by the Director, PMO, Strategy & Architecture.
In scope:
- Timekeeper reports;
- System integrations — adding them to batches for Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes;
- Timekeeper and related configuration review;
- Access review within Timekeeper;
- Assessment of vendor release notes;
- Designing test programs and reviewing Timekeeper results;
- Troubleshooting Timekeeper issues;
- Timekeeper and Aurion security assessments;
- Provision of advisory services on payroll functions and reports; and
- Provision of advisory services on Payroll administration.
Location
The SME will work remotely with the use of an ANAO laptop to connect securely to the ANAO network. Onsite work if required will be held at the ANAO offices at 38 Sydney Avenue, Forrest ACT 2603.
