Tender Description
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and the range of solutions that may be available. ACC is looking for a dynamic wellbeing measurement tool to support the maturing of its approach to the wellbeing, health and safety of kaimahi. We are interested in tools that are able to measure a range of associated constructs including engagement and employee experience.We are interested in products that utilise validated measurement frameworks, particularly in the domain of psychosocial harm, to provide a comprehensive view of kaimahi wellbeing across a range of lead and lag indicators.
We are interested in tools that not only possess the functionality to ensure compliance with obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act but that will also allow for greater understanding and insight into the factors that enable kaimahi to perform at their best. This is a unique opportunity to be involved to help ACC to role-model best practice workplace wellbeing approaches, leveraging modern Wellbeing, Health and Safety thinking and the most up to date digital tools.
