The training must present powerful strategies and business models from a range of subjects that underpin today’s project management and business analysis profession, including how to:
- Empower Project Managers: training will support SROs to offer resource, guidance and mentorship to ensure project managers have the expertise and support necessary to drive successful outcomes.
- Foster Collaboration: SROs will be shown ways to create a shared vision and align team members toward common goals, thereby enhancing results and fostering accountability across the organisation.
- Risk Management: The training must provide a framework and guidance to effectively mitigate risks while delivering value.
- Effectively govern and assure projects/programs: The training must focus on a set of uniformed ways to provide governance and assurance across project management practices within the portfolio, as well as establishing and maintaining a defined structure and governance across all projects/programs within the portfolio.
