To provide the CCTV monitoring service of the 42 established CCTV cameras in the Orange CBD and the mobile CCTV trailer as well as a minimum of two onsite inspection and cleaning services annually.

Monitoring service is to include

Monitoring CCTV server availability, advising if server or any camera goes offline

Ensuring new files are being written to the server storage system

Fortnightly review of footage to confirm it is clear, free from visual defects and that camera positioning has not been altered

Remotely burn footage to disc upon request (Approx. 4 per month)

Provide a data logging facility for selected OCC staff

Provide advice on radio link network

OCC will ensure the firewall allows the CCTV server to communicate with monitoring software. Successful RFQ will be subject to confidentiality requirements.
