Requirements

A project team, comprised of an Agile delivery manager, content designer, and service designer; is required to complement and drive a multi-disciplinary team of subject matter experts across Defence. The project team is required to improve the Defence travel user experience, with a human-centred and compliant-by-design focus.

Specifically, the project team will be required to:

• Work with stakeholders across the Defence enterprise to understand the current travel ecosystem.
• Undertake current state analysis of Defence travel policy, process, entitlement and compliance arrangements to lead a redesign of processes for rationalisation and simplification (including possible legislative change).
• Preparation of the travel ecosystem for digitisation through automation, integration of the end-to-end system, and systems planning activities.
• Improving the communication of travel entitlements and compliance requirements across the Defence enterprise.
• Educate policy drafters on the creation of policy that is human-centred and compliant-by-design.
• Change management related to travel processes and policies.
