This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
OPH requires a SOCaaS connected to a hosted SIEM to provide oversight over OPHs information estate. OPH requires a partner to accurately investigate and eradicate threats within our network to provide the agency with confidence that the network is being monitored for all kinds of threat sources. In particular the agency requires real time malicious activity monitoring, investigation and containment to mitigate the potential impact from a potential breach.
Additionally, the agency requires the successful partner to assist us with implementing the solution utilizing a project plan that prioritizes the highest benefit and highest risk devices first and gradually expanding to cover the entire specified information estate. The solution needs to meet PSPF requirements to host information up to the Official Sensitive level.
