Far North Queensland Ports Corporation Limited, trading as Ports North (PN) is a government-owned Corporation established under the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 (Qld) that develops and manages port facilities. PN operates the Ports of Cairns (including Marlin Marina), Cape Flattery, Karumba, Mourilyan, Skardon River, Quintell Beach, Thursday Island, Burketown and Cooktown.

This procurement is focused on the provision of security services for the Marlin Marina at the Port of Cairns. Please note that while there are security regulated areas within the Port of Cairns, Marlin Marina is not subject to these legislative requirements.

Ports North invites tenders from suitably experienced security providers to propose service options (and prices) that they could provide that would effectively manage and mitigate the security risks at the Marlin Marina.
