The City of Busselton (the City or the Principal) is inviting Tenders for from suitably qualified contractors for the replacement of the vinyl pool liner at the City’ Geographe Leisure Centre in Busselton:

1. Separable Portion 1 (SP1) Replacement of existing vinyl pool liner at the City’s Geographe Bay Leisure Centre:

• Installation of New Pool Liner: Replacement of the pool liner in the indoor 25m lap pool, including leisure pool area.
• Retiling (pool coping): Replacement of existing edge tiles around the indoor pool, including bulkheads.

2. Separable Portion 2 (SP2) Tiling of Elevated Decked Walkway:

• Tiling of the elevated decked walkway as indicated. (Subject to conditions of Schedule 5.0)
