L3 install customer feedback counter with secure shutter. L5 delete lge office for 6x wkstns by others. L5 split existing meeting rm into 2 smaller rooms. L5 remove operable wall & install fixed walls

Project goals
- Work can be completed during normal business hours. Flexible work hours can be negotiated with builder and Services Officer.
- All work to be complete and billed prior to EOFY but earlier in 2025 is preferable.
- Must abide by Building Home Rules.
- Must provide all associated insurance and other documents to Building Management.
- Liaise with building AC contractor Adept Air when removing wall on L3.
