HRCC invites you to provide a quotation for Environmental Auditing services detailed below.

Objective:

- Appointment of an individual environmental auditor to oversee quarterly environmental monitoring programme and daily operation at Dooen Landfill located at 81 & 132 Ladlows Rd, 3401 VIC for the auditing period of 6 Jan 2025 - 31 Dec 2026.

Scope of the appointment:

- The appointed environmental auditor has the assess to the appropriate and necessary activities and all design and monitoring reports by the consultant to evaluate the compliance status against the conditions contained in the Operating License.

- The appointed environmental auditor may address the general technical matters which might reasonably be relevant to such an assessment to ensure current landfill operation to be consistent with Landfill licensing (VIC EPA_2016) and Guidelines for conducting environmental audits (VIC EPA_2023).

- The appointed environmental auditor can make comments on current and relevant landfill operation activity and recommendations on what actions need to be taken to maintain compliance with EPA regulation to minimize the risk of harm to human health or the environment in the lowest possible level through an environmental audit statement.

- Construction of any new landfill cells at Dooen Landfill is exempted form environmental auditor tasks.
