Tender Description
The work under this Contract includes but is not limited to supply, installation, construction, testing and commissioning for the North Lambton Detention Basin - Liner Replacement Project.
The scope of works includes:
The replacement of the detention basin liner located at 40 Compton Street, North Lambton NSW 2299.
This consists of, but is not limited to:
* Service locating of existing utilities.
* Replacing and relocation of existing security fences.
* Replanting of new trees to compensate for the trees removed prior to construction.
* Removal and disposal of existing geomembrane liner.
* Clear vegetation of areas not covered by the existing lining suitable for installing new liner
* Installing Teranap Expert 400/600 BGM Geomembrane Lining.
* Retention of existing trees, stormwater pit manhole outlet, hoop ladder access, reservoir roof downpipes.
* Supply and install of subsoil drainage trenches.
* Earthworks including excavation and compaction.
* Supply and install of drainage aggregate.
* Supply and install of A64 heavy geotextile filter fabric.
* Erosion and sediment control.
Provision of all construction including but not limited to hydraulics, civil, structural, consultation, survey, geotechnical and services is required for the works.
