Council is seeking submissions from experienced Contractors to carry out internal painting and repairs at Granville Town Hall, which is a declared heritage building.

The scope includes the supply of all material, machinery, tools, equipment, labour, supervision, permits, insurances, and other resources required for the completion of works, as per the contract.

Pre-tender site briefing (Mandatory)
