Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong (the City) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Rabbit Control Services - Panel
Project Overview
The work to be performed under the Contract is: Contractors specialising in one or more of the following control techniques are encouraged to tender for this project:
- baiting with Pindone,
- warren destruction using machinery or implosion,
- warren fumigation,
- woody harbour removal,
- dogs and long nets or ferreting.
Contractors may tender for one, multiple or all of the control activities listed above by filling in the relevant sections of the Schedule of Rates.
Suppliers of any capacity are encouraged to apply. There will be multiple panel suppliers. Some suppliers might only deliver smaller projects, the larger, more complicated sites can be completed by those with greater capacities.
The term of the Contract for the provision of this service shall be for a period of two (2) years with a further three (3) one year options available at the discretion of the City.

Your organisation must review the Contract Terms & Conditions issued with this tender, as per eProcure Response Schedule 'Compliance and Conformance' section and submit any non-conformances at time of tender submission.
Responses:
Please review the eProcure Response Schedule at the beginning of the tender period. All questions within the schedule must be responded to, so it is imperative that tenderers are aware of the format and content of the schedule when collating their tender submission and follow this format when submitting. Instructions are available at the beginning of the eProcure Response Schedule and failure to respond in this format may result in the tender submission not being evaluated.
All submissions are to be provided online as an electronic response through this portal, with documentation supporting responses added where necessary.
All questions are to be addressed via the eProcure portal. Note closing date for questions, no questions will be responded to after closing date for questions.
All Tenderers are asked to respond to each question separately, and not be referenced, for example, ‘Please see in attached summary’.
Tenders are asked to only reference pricing in the PRIC1 Pricing Schedule document.
