As the University seeks to enhance its procurement processes, we invite the open market to respond to our Request for Information (RFI) to obtain a more detailed understanding of how a comprehensive end-to-end procurement solution may integrate with our Oracle PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain Management system (PeopleSoft FSCM) and deliver efficient workflows across the procurement lifecycle.

The ideal solution(s) encompass e-Marketplace, Procure-to-Pay, and Contract Management System elements and possibly value-add across purchase card, re-imbursement and e-invoicing capabilities. Given the University's existing Financial Management System platform is PeopleSoft FSCM, it is imperative that the proposed solution(s) integrate(s) and demonstrate(s) seamless interoperability across the desired system elements and the existing platform.

We recognise the diverse expertise within the software industry and therefore, welcome responses that address one or many of the system elements (both key and additional/optional) detailed within the RFI. The University is particularly interested in detailed information on how each proposed system will integrate with PeopleSoft FSCM, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes and enhanced data and reporting capability.

Respondents are invited to share how sustainability data can be incorporated into the different phases of procurement from early decision-making through to reporting.
