Tender Description
City of Darwin is undertaking upgrades to a section of Smith St from Knuckey St to Whitfield St. Continuing Urban greening and Cooling strategies will mitigate heat in the CBD, increasing public amenity and pedestrian traffic, decrease energy usage, and increase economic benefit by encouraging people to stay longer in the retail, commercial and recreational areas.
