Tender Description
This contract is for the supply of all plant, labour, and materials for the construction of the Clutha Hub Carpark as set out within the Contract documents and shown on the Drawings.
The proposed car park is located at Te Pou O Mata Au, 4/6 Clyde Street, Balclutha, with works consisting of earthworks, 3 waters infrastructure, power, telecommunications, and roading.
The scope is as described in the drawings and specifications, key items of which include:
• Active and proactive contract management and detailed quality assurance to achieve streamlined development compliance and issue of titles.
• Design, Development, and implementation of an approved Contract Management Plan (Safety, Environmental and Quality) including obtaining Council Engineering approval of this.
• Site clearance / Demolition
• Accessway construction
• Removal of unsuitable materials / surplus materials from site
• Main drainage and services, including lateral connections.
• Roading construction including pavement construction, kerbs, concrete footpaths, sealing (both Chipseal and Asphalt)
• Working around existing services
• Site handover back to Client.
• Other associated and miscellaneous works
