Project Overview

• This project involves the supply, installation, and construction of:

     o A new steel-framed awning extending from the existing clubhouse

     o A reinforced concrete slab beneath the awning.

- as per the supplied engineered drawings from Barnson: 43887-S01-S03

Connection of the new awning to the existing clubhouse structure, ensuring structural and aesthetic integration.

The works must comply with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and relevant Australian Standards to ensure structural integrity, durability, and safety. The design, materials, and colours must align with the existing clubhouse for visual consistency.
