Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of the Admin Relocation located at Seville Road SS, located at 54 Oates Ave Holland Park, QLD 4121, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2
Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
The works include an extension to the current Prep Building to turn it in a new Admin Building. All works are to be completed by June 2025.
