Tender Description
The Contractor must undertake coal and ash sampling analysis for an Initial Term of two (2) years from 1 February 2025 to 1 February 2027 at the Site.
An Optional Term of two (2) years may be offered at the discretion of the Principal.
LOCATION OF SITE
The Vales Point Power Station is located on the southern shore of Lake Macquarie, approximately 130 km north of Sydney, New South Wales, and approximately 3 km off the Pacific Highway North of Doyalson.
MANDATORY PRE-TENDER SITE INSPECTION
All Tenderers must attend a mandatory Pre Tender meeting to be conducted at 09:00 am on Friday, 13 December 2024 at Vales Point Power Station. Companies who do not attend the mandatory Pre Tender meeting will not be eligible to submit a Tender.
Visitors to the Site must provide and wear their own safety hats, safety footwear, protective safety eyewear (clear glasses), long sleeved shirts (hi-vis) and long trousers or combination overalls (hi-vis). Note that a FWD vehicle will be required for the inspection to visit the relevant plant.
It is expected that all companies have downloaded and reviewed all documents pertaining to the works prior to the site inspection.
Tenderers wishing to attend the pre-tender site inspection must contact the request manager at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to register their intention to attend.
Proof of identity will be required prior to entry.
