OPC has recently implemented a program of work, known as the Nimbus Program, which has enhanced and modernised its ICT infrastructure. This work has been transformational in improving OPC’s cyber security capability, ICT stability, business application functionality, mobility, and exposure to risk.

OPC have a need to procure professional ICT services to help us review our new landing position for the project from a commercial management perspective, optimising our arrangements, and proposing a medium-term plan.

The requirement is for commencement of support almost immediately to ensure that OPC has the necessary commercial structures in place over the summer holiday period, and then to pick things back up again in January to complete a plan and to assist withstanding up governance structures.
