This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The seller must provide comprehensive ICT support services to enable MDBA to maximise the potential of its technology in achieving its organisational objectives. This includes maintaining a robust and efficient ICT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and adapting to emerging technological advancements.
The following ICT functions are required:
1. Professional and Technical Services:
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for various aspects of ICT infrastructure, including:
- Server Support: Managing servers, ensuring their stability, security, and performance.
- Network Support: Maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Cloud Support: Assisting with cloud-based services, such as migration, optimisation, and ongoing management.
2. Project Management Services:
- Provide effective project management for ICT foundation development. Key areas include:
- Network Projects: Planning, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure (including VPNs).
- Standard Operating Environment (SOE): Defining and maintaining a consistent software and hardware environment across the organisation.
- Cloud Projects: Managing cloud adoption, migration, and optimisation.
- Security Projects: Implementing security measures to protect data and systems.
3. Ad-Hoc ICT Support Services:
- These are tailored services based on specific needs. Examples include:
- User Support: Providing 2nd and 3rd level helpdesk assistance.
- Software Troubleshooting: Resolving issues related to applications and software.
- Hardware Maintenance: Repairing or replacing faulty hardware components.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Ensuring data resilience and disaster recovery.
Consulting Services: Offering strategic advice on technology adoption and optimisation.
