The Rottnest Island Aerodrome surface is to undergo maintenance to extend the life of the surface for the existing aircraft operations.

The project will primarily consist of bitumen re-seal of the existing runway, 2 no. off taxiways and west side of the apron, asphalt overlay of taxiway C and the east side of the apron to correct existing level defects.

A site visit will be held at 1 Mews Road, Fremantle at 11 Feb, 2025 9:30 AM.

SITE VISIT AND BRIEFING

Tenderers shall attend a Site Visit and Briefing scheduled on:

Location: RIA Hub (behind the Dome Café) on Rottnest Island

Tenders are required to pay all costs for all transportation to and from site, and all arrangements for ferry travel are the Tenderers responsibility.

By no later than 2:00 pm on 10 February 2025 the Tenderer shall confirm with Phil Dopson attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing via email at phil.dopson@dbca.wa.gov.au.

If Tenderers are unable to attend the scheduled site visit and briefing, alternative arrangements may be made by contacting Phil Dopson no later than 13 February 2025
