Tender Description
This procurement is to implement the ACT Heritage Systems of Engagement (SoE). The following solution components are in scope:
(a) Citizen-facing SoE (Website and Portal):
i. A website, portal and user authenticated profiles, with online forms for requests users can create, such as for complex advice or to nominate new heritage sites. For this the website’s informational component may link to the existing ACT Government website in Squizmatrix.
ii. (Nice to have). A mobile application for heritage field work, reporting Aboriginal places and objects, and site reports.
(b) Government-facing SoE (Case Management):
i. Case management solution to track and manage all requests for advice and heritage nominations from citizens.
(c) Supporting requirements, such as reporting/analytics, role-based access, integrations, user experience, end user training, solution design, testing, deployment, ICT delivery management and security.
Suppliers must pitch their solution proposals to one or both solution models, noting the ACT Government will provide the Platform as a Service (PaaS), and the application design and build will be fully delivered by the vendor:
(a) Salesforce Experience.
(b) Microsoft PowerPlatform including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and PowerPages, or MS Dynamics.
