This procurement is to implement the ACT Heritage system/s of record (SoR). The following solution components are in scope:

(a) A solution to manage, name and link data assets in the ACT Heritage Register, and present these to another system or presentation layer securely. These assets include, but not limited to heritage places, objects, areas, people, and events.

(b) Data modelling and migration, including legacy data, documents, spatial data (.kml, .csv, .sql and .json formats), and records to be ingested into the System of Record over a period time. This is considered a large area of complexity as the data is contained in a legacy source system which is not well known to users, and many unstructured data sources.

(c) Supporting requirements, such as reporting/analytics, role-based access, integrations, user experience, end user training, solution design, testing, deployment, ICT delivery management and security.

For this procurement, the technology solution choice is Arches Open-Source Heritage software. This must be delivered as a managed service, fully provided and managed by the vendor, with only necessary integrations to the ACT Government ICT environment.
