Clarence City Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified respondents for the provision of office and general cleaning services at Council Offices, Suites 3 & 4 Level 3, 6 Bayfield St Rosny Park Tasmania 7018.

Contract period of one year, with an option to extend for two further one-year periods.

Contract commencement date is unclear but is likely to be February 2025.

The Contract covers the cleaning of third floor level, Suites 3 & 4 (As per floor plan)
