Tender Description: Upgrade of the UTS Campus Energy Management System (EMS) software and energy metering infrastructure to provide a fit for purpose energy management tool.

ABOUT THE EOI: Submissions are invited from organisations capable of design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance Services for the delivery of an EMS upgrade.

REGISTRATION: Expression of Interest documents must be obtained after pre-registration on the UTS online forum site. A pre-registration form must be completed before the documentation can be downloaded.

ENQUIRIES: Enquiries should be directed to Project Manager via the online forum. UTS staff are unable to respond to verbal or email enquiries in relation to this EOI.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Word version of the Schedule.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Submissions must be fully received by 2:00pm on 16/12/2024. UTS is not bound to accept the lowest-priced tender or all or any part of a submission, and reserves the right to conduct the Expression of Interest process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
