Council is seeking a Panel of experienced and qualified Building maintenance organisations to perform reactive building works within the Cumberland City Council LGA.

The purpose of this RFT is to establish a pre-qualified list of Contractors for the provision of reactive building maintenance, and associated services to carry out maintenance and upgrade work on an ‘as required’ basis throughout the term of the contract.

The allocation of work will be on an as required basis in accordance with the terms and conditions with no guarantee of the volume of work. Council reserves the right to engage service providers not included in this panel for works of a nature subject and similar to this tender.
