Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from experienced Contractors to demolish existing toilet block at Dirrabari Reserve and to install of a new toilet block containing two Unisex Exeloo amenities or similar products as well as minor footpath and Landscaping works.
The scope includes the supply of all material, machinery, tools, equipment, labour, supervision, permits, insurances, and other resources required for the completion of works, as per the contract.

Pre-tender site briefing (Mandatory)
All tenderers are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefings on 17 December 2024, at 10:00AM.
