This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Productivity Commission is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding solutions for establishing robust and secure redundant internet uplink architecture connecting our two physical office locations to the internet. We are currently utilising Cisco Meraki for our office uplinks.
Interested qualified vendors may submit a suggested network connection solution for our two-office structure and cloud environment. This may be considered for our upcoming RFQ against the Telecommunications Marketplace.
The users and their needs
The Productivity Commission (PC) is the Australian Government's independent research and advisory body on a range of economic, social and environmental issues affecting the welfare of Australians. There are approximately 200 staff across its Melbourne and Canberra offices.
The PC uses Cisco Meraki network infrastructure at physical locations and Microsoft 365 virtual cloud infrastructure.
