This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

Requirements

• Review DR exercise execution plan for alignment to the greater disaster recovery and business continuity plan.

• Provide recommendations to update the execution plan if and where required to ensure alignment to the DR plan and better practice.

• Observe DR exercise noting the degree to which stakeholders are able to identify and discuss the sequence of events, timings, processes, stakeholder engagement and communications needed to maintain and restore system and service availability.

• Develop a report detailing the observations and recommendations to refine and improve DHA’s DR processes and DR plan.
