The successful artist is required to provide the following:

• Preliminary design concepts for the artwork in conjunction with stakeholders and in response to research material. Sketches are to clearly communicate the design concept for approval by the ACT Government.
• An artwork maquette following concept approval to fully convey the design intent.
• Detailed artwork design drawings in dwg file format based on the approved artwork concept including artwork footings. A dwg file of the artwork surrounds will be provided.
• Structural engineering certification for the internal armature (if fabricated in bronze) and the artwork footing design.
• A Work, Health and Safety (WHS) Management Plan including a Risk Management Plan for all tasks within the artist’s scope. Assistance will be provided from artsACT to finalise these documents.
• Fabricate the artwork as documented in the detailed design phase and as approved by the ACT Government.
• A final artwork commission report that includes an artist’s statement describing the work, an itemised budget, photographic documentation of the fabrication process, and any other project information relevant to the artsACT asset register.
• Following artwork installation and acceptance by artsACT, a detailed Artwork Maintenance Manual.
