Port Stephens Council (PSC) requires the use of multi brand Fuel Card Services to supply both PSC Fleet & Lower Hunter Rural Fire Service (LHRFS) Fleet with retailer fuel. Approximately 170-200 cards are required.

Supply of Fuel Card Services to supply PSC & LHRFS Fleet’s with

• Retailer Diesel
• Retailer Unleaded Petrol
• Retailer AdBlue

Service Providers are to fix all “Card Fees”, “Transaction Fees” and any applicable pump price discount for the duration of the arrangement.

Service Providers must abide by the codes of the Oil code throughout the term of the arrangement. The Oil code came into effect on 1 March 2007 as a prescribed mandatory industry code of conduct under section 51AD of the Trade Practices Act 1974. The Oil code regulates the conduct of suppliers, distributors and retailers in the downstream petroleum retail industry.

All products supplied under this contract are to conform to Fuel Quality Standards Act 2000(and any subsequent relevant standard).

A Service Provider may offer its ‘whole of range’ products provided they fall within the general scope of this Specification.

If any Value Adding Components are included in the Service Providers Tender, the Service Provider is obliged to provide the Value Adding Components under the Preferred Supplier Agreement: The Value Adding Components could include cost reductions (bulk discounts) or the provision of other services (Roadside assistance , Electric Vehicle Charging Services ect.)
