Requirements

The request seeks to engage a supplier with the capability and expertise to review and, in consultation with key stakeholders, update the Division's cost model in Apptio.

Apptio SME and cost modelling support is required to collect and update source data, analyse and update allocation rules/strategies, and update the Apptio reporting and documentation suite to reflect the refreshed model.

1. Key Deliverables and Acceptance

Cost Model Refresh

• Update of the cost model, including updating of key source data
• Analysis and updating of allocation rules and strategies
• Analysis of updated service costs
• Updating of reporting and documentation suite
• Provide support for the review of financial year costs and charges

Apptio Support and Maintenance

• Complete monthly data collection, validation and upload process
• Provide cost model and charging model support, guidance and advice
• Provide ad-hoc support, including troubleshooting, to TSD personnel
