Tender Description
The purpose of this procurement is to engage a suitable potential supplier for the design, delivery and facilitation of 360-degree Feedback and Assessment process for the Senior Executive Service (SES) Employees.
The delivery of this service will enable the Department to achieve full implementation of the SES performance Leadership Framework, which is mandatory requirement for all Australian Public Service (APS) agencies to be achieved by 2025.
