The primary purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to select a qualified vendor to provide a turn-key IT service (1st & 2nd level) solution for the City of Yarra’s employees.

Description:

The City of Yarra requires a comprehensive IT support service for their users, which includes 1st, 2nd level support of our council employees in their day-to-day work.

The service should include:

• supporting users via phone, portal, in person walk ins and deskside support, remote access;
• efficient incident management, problem management and change management;
• provide ongoing support for existing and new environments;
• defined services, workflows, service level management;
• device/asset management;
• utilising an ITSM tool set for Service Management.
