Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia's largest rural water corporation, managing about 70 percent of Victoria's stored water resources, about 50 percent of Victoria's underground water supplies and Australia's largest irrigation delivery network.

GMW is seeking invitee’s response to the invitation for an agreement to occupy land owned or managed by GMW or jointly develop a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project with GMW as outlined in Part A.2.

GMW seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the market demand for BESS Project Development on GMW land. Hence, this EOI process may be the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process. 

This specification is focused on Observation Point in the Eildon area.

A site inspection will be held on Tuesday 21 January 2025 at 10am. 

Invitee’s are to complete all sections of the EOI Schedules.

Due to Christmas Shutdown Q&A responses may be intermittent until Monday January 13th 2025.
