To ensure that cleaning services at PWC sites are proactively delivered in a manner which ensures the ongoing reliable, safe and sustainable operation of the facilities and buildings whilst also minimising cost.

During the course of the contract, the contractor will be required to:

· Provide consistently high quality and efficient cleaning services in accordance with the agreed cleaning schedules. This includes planned cleaning services, reactive cleaning services (callout) and cleaning services to additional buildings.

· Plan and execute the cleaning services in close coordination with PWC and in accordance with PWC requirements.

· Develop and implement plans and be subject to PWC audit at prescribed intervals for the Contract covering procurement, quality assurance, workplace health and safety, environmental management, risk management and personnel development and training.

· Participate in the continuous improvement of the cleaning management strategies.

· Maintain suitably qualified, experienced and competent management, supervisory, and cleaning personnel as required, to fulfil the obligations of the Contract for the duration of the Contract.

· Maintain adequate physical and financial resources to ensure the services are delivered for the duration of the contract.
