The Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN the PHN is commissioning community based specialist Alcohol and Other Drug AOD treatment services to address the growing need for accessible evidence based treatment services across the region These services will provide individualised support through a mix of screening counselling psychosocial interventions and care coordination The approach is designed to deliver culturally sensitive nonjudgmental care in environments that meet the diverse needs of the community including those most at risk
Organisations are invited to apply through this tender to deliver AOD services in the Darling Downs and West Moreton regions Providers can apply to deliver these services in one or both regions Providers may apply as individual organisations consortium partners or Lead Agency sub contractor service delivery models
