BGIS has been invited to Tender for Homes Victoria’s Property Maintenance Services RFT and we are seeking your confirmation that you are interested in submitting pricing to support our bid.
We seek contractors who have demonstrable experience in the Residential and the Social and Affordable Housing sectors, specifically in the following areas:

• External and internal cleaning
• Domestic Fire Detection
• Smoke & Fire Rated Doors
• Fire / Essential Services

Following your submission and confirming your interest in this opportunity for Homes Victoria, BGIS will distribute Request for Quotation packages to suppliers on or around the 16th of December.
The RFQ will be distributed via Vendor Panel so please ensure your nominated contact has registered with Vendor Panel as noted within the link above.
Please also note that unfortunately, the RFQ will run over the end of year period with final submissions to be lodged by COB on the 17th of January 2025.
