Tender Description
To qualify for submitting a proposal to manage the temporary food and retail offerings at the southern forecourt, Circular Quay west roadway, and the curb side of this roadway within the Overseas Passenger Terminal Precinct (OPTP) during Vivid Sydney and the New Year's Eve Fireworks from 2025, interested parties must complete a Confidentiality Deed.
This will make them eligible to receive the full set of Request for Licence Proposal (RFLP) documents. An overview of the RFLP is included with this pre-qualification for consideration.
