The City of Armadale is seeking a suitably qualified and resourced supplier to draft the concept plans as part of a Public Realm Strategy for the future landscaping, implementation and management of all the road reservations and particular landholdings within the Kelmscott District Centre that are managed by the City and State Government, as identified by Attachment 4 of the Specification.
