The Shire of Halls Creek seeks the services of a suitably experienced Company or Contractor to undertake the cleaning services of the Principal’s public buildings/facilities throughout the Halls Creek Township for a period of three (3) years from 1 March 2025 to 29 February 2028, with a further two (2) twelve month options to 28 February 2030 at the absolute discretion of the Principal’s Chief Executive Officer.

The Contractor (s) will be deemed the Principal’s "Preferred Supplier" for these services and any additional cleaning services that may be required during the entirety of the Contract.

The Contract is divided into the following three (3) main groups:

• Group 1- Recreation Facilities: Public Toilets and Stage Area.

• Group 2 - Community Facilities: Recreation and Aquatic Centre, Youth Services Building, Town Hall, Visitors Centre, Cafe and Post Office including associated toilets

• Group 3 - Administration Facilities: Shire Administration Building, Council Chamber, Councillors Lounge, Shire Depot and Shire houses (pre and post occupancy cleaning).

Regular cleaning services in accordance with daily and weekly schedules, as well as monthly, quarterly, post function and ad-hoc cleaning services are required.
