An invitation is extended to you to submit a written tender for the following:

Isaac Regional Council (IRC) are initiating a Community Hubs model to meet its communities increasing demand for responsive spaces where people can access Council services and participate in group activities. The current Dysart Library is to be constructed into a Community Hib.

hereinafter called “the goods and/or services”.

Tenders must be in accordance with the attached Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written tender is lodged prior to the Closing Time.

A mandatory site meeting can be organised by appointment. Please send a message through the tender portal with your requested date and time.

All specification, general enquiries and written tenders must be submitted via the tendering portal only. Please do not send tender directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.
