The Department of Housing and Public Works (the department) is seeking submissions for the Woree Temporary Supported Accommodation (Cairns) project and has released this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objective of procuring value for money, quality single supplier that can successfully deliver:

• Property and tenancy management (PTM) services
• Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) support services

The successful single supplier will have the requisite skills, experience and capacity to undertake this work to the requirements outlined in this ITO.

Suppliers must complete the following:

• complete Ethical Supplier Threshold form (refer to Schedule A – Response Schedule) and meet the Ethical Supplier Threshold.
• complete Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct 2023 Supplier formal declaration (refer to Schedule A – Response Schedule) and warrant that they comply with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct.
• ensure conformance to Insurance requirements (specified in the Conditions of Contract)
• provide an Expenditure Plan over a three-year period that aligns with the allocated budget
• must be an entity that is currently engaged by the department as a Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS)
• provide a copy of the organisation’s two (2) most recent signed audited annual financial statements and a link to published Annual Reports.
