Joondalup Festival’s impending hospitality hub is hungry for food vendors in 2025

We have an exciting opportunity for high-quality food vendors as we get ready to welcome visitors from far and near for three weeks of Joondalup Festival fun. This year, the festival's landmark performance precinct is set to pop-up on Boas Ave. Flagged as “the place to be", this night-time hospitality precinct will be a gathering place for food, drinks and pop-up performances.

This is where you come in. If you’re a food vendor who serves up delicious dishes with exceptional presentation, the City of Joondalup would love to hear from you.

Required availability periods

We will be awarding placements in the following date blocks, with vendors required to be available for the full duration of these allocated blocks.

• Block 1 - Saturday 15 March – Friday 21 March 2025
• Block 2 - Saturday 22 March – Friday 28 March 2025
• Block 3 - Saturday 29 March – Saturday 5 April 2025

The hospitality precinct opening times are:

• Sunday to Wednesday, 5pm-9pm
• Thursday to Saturday 5pm-10pm

Important information

• The City will provide a 3x3m space for each vendor to operate from, as well as power supply.
• Operators must be able to work from a marquee and supply all necessary equipment required for storing, cooking, serving and cleaning with the best hygiene standards in mind. The City’s health team will monitor hygiene standards across the 3-week period.
• Food trucks are not required for this event.
