The Barossa Council (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of management services for Council owned Caravan Parks of Murray Recreation and Caravan Park, Williamstown Queen Victoria Jubilee Park, and Mount Pleasant Caravan Park located in the Southern Barossa Region (the Services), more specifically detailed in Services Specifications attached with this invitation.

The proposed Agreement will be for a term not exceeding five (5) years. Any requests received for additional terms will be at the discretion of Council and subject to the requirements of the Local Government Act 1999.
